AI Transparency

This service uses AI-assisted production. The final product is an artistic memorial keepsake and may contain subtle differences from real photographs. Every pet is unique, and we do our utmost to recreate their features faithfully — however, we cannot guarantee 100% photographic precision. Please review our sample work before ordering to understand the artistic style.

Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm the following:

• 1You own or have legal rights to all photos you upload. You must not submit images that infringe on third-party rights.
• 2You grant Zeno Digital Studio the right to use the submitted materials solely for the purpose of creating your memorial video.
• 3The final video copyright belongs to you for personal use. Zeno Digital Studio reserves the right to display the finished work in our public gallery. You may request your video remain private.
• 4You may not resell, sublicense, or use the finished video for commercial purposes.

Privacy & Data

• ✓Your photos and story are used exclusively to create your memorial video and for no other purpose.
• ✓All uploaded photos are automatically deleted 90 days after order completion.
• ✓Your email address is used only for order notifications and delivery. You will never receive marketing emails from us.

Intellectual Property

• →You retain personal-use rights to the finished memorial video.
• →Zeno Digital Studio retains all intellectual property rights to the AI production pipeline, proprietary technology, and creative methodology.
• →All music used in our videos is copyright-compliant — either AI-generated or royalty-free licensed.
